CIRRO ENERGY TO DELIVER ELECTRICITY SAVINGS AT SELECT USPS LOCATIONS IN NORTH TEXAS
Cirro Energy Authorized Sales Location is First Electricity Store In Dallas

DALLAS —November 1, 2005— North Texans will have the opportunity to save money on their electricity bills as the first of approximately 20 planned Cirro Energy authorized sales locations opens on Tuesday, November 1, 2005. Cirro Energy is expanding through select contract United States Postal Service locations that will offer both mail and electricity services. The first store is at the Plaza of the Americas building in downtown Dallas and additional locations are expected statewide over the next year. With energy prices at an all-time high, the new stores will help Texans maximize energy savings by conveniently switching providers.

“We pioneered this new business model to accommodate hectic schedules so shoppers can access everyday necessities like stamps and electricity, all in one stop,” said Tim Bell, Cirro Energy executive vice president. “People have become accustomed to the convenience of shopping for cell phones, pagers and other communications services at retail stores. Cirro Energy authorized sales locations make it even easier for Texans to enjoy the benefits of deregulation.”

The Plaza of the Americas store, located at 600 N. Pearl, will offer one-stop access to full-service post office and electricity services. Plasma TV’s will explain deregulation while consumers consult with an energy savings specialist, sign up for service and access an electricity price comparison calculator at the new stores.

Cirro Energy provides electricity to residential, commercial and industrial customers within the deregulated areas of Texas. Offering some of the most competitive energy prices and superior customer service, Cirro Energy can save residential customers up to 20% on their electricity bill.

Cirro Energy teamed with Texstar Power Brokerage LLC this summer to open the first electricity retail store in Texas in downtown San Angelo. The program was so successful that Cirro Energy elected to open sales locations in North Texas with authorized agent TLG Management Corp.

“Teaming up with Cirro Energy in our United States Postal Service Contract Units is a natural fit, because most electricity consumers are not aware that deregulation provides choices and savings of hundreds or even thousands of dollars a year,” noted TLG Management Corp. Chief Executive Officer Kurt L. Hudspeth. “Our stores provide a physical location where customers can walk in, get answers and make the switch in as little as ten minutes.”

Cirro Energy and TLG Management have opened a Web site to service Cirro Energy Store customers, http://www.cirroenergystore.com/. In addition, deregulation shoppers can contact a customer service representative at (866) 55-CIRRO.

“These stores are designed to create an informative and secure environment that demystifies deregulation,” added Bell. “We’re working to educate consumers on how they can save money on their electricity bill and making it as easy as possible for them to switch to Cirro Energy.”

Cirro Energy will simultaneously introduce an USPS/Cirro Energy Store location in McKinney, Texas. For a limited time, customers that switch to Cirro will receive a free Blackberry or Motorola RAZR cell phone offer through these two locations. Service with T-Mobile is required and certain restrictions apply; details are available at the USPS locations.
