DALLAS - February 17, 2005 - Cirro Energy executives have propelled the company into the telecommunications market with the launch of its “Cirro NetworX” division. The company will now offer electricity, local and long distance telephone service, integrated voice and data services, IT and network consulting.

“Strategically, it has always been our intent to offer telecommunications services as well as electricity, because Cirro’s management team achieved great success in that market,” said Cirro Energy CEO Tim Rogers. “Offering telecommunications services to our strong base of energy customers will add additional value to the products and services we currently offer. The establishment of Cirro NetworX will allow us to efficiently execute the next phase of our original business plan.”

The Cirro executive team has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry as the group founded and managed CapRock Communications. In just seven years, they turned CapRock into the premier Integrated Communications Provider in the southwestern United States. CapRock eventually became a publicly traded company and was sold to McLeod USA.

Cirro elected to establish its division by purchasing Network/nSight, a North Texas based telecommunications services company. The Network/nSight team has over 35 years of experience and provides customers across the United States with Network Enterprise Business Solutions including network management and network provider services. Products include local and long distance telephone service, IT consulting, frame relay / ATM / VPN networks, VoIP and integrated voice and data services.

Cirro – Company to Offer Telecommunications Services

Network/nSight founder Jon Marley will continue to offer his expertise as head of Cirro NetworX. According to Marley, “Cirro and Network/nSight were founded on the principle of building strong customer relationships by delivering superior attention to detail, competitive prices and customized services. Cirro NetworX will leverage our experience to help customers maximize their business technology investment by taking advantage of the latest network and telecom technologies, services, rate plans and products.”

Cirro NetworX will offer local and long distance telephone service, integrated voice and data services and supplemental IT staff. Services will include extensive network analysis, real time network monitoring and staging and configuration of network equipment. Customers will have 24x7 access to senior complex sales engineers who have advanced degrees and specialized certifications.

In addition, existing Texas Network/nSight customers in deregulated areas of the state will have the opportunity to save money by switching their electricity to Cirro. Some of those customers include Just Brakes, The American Red Cross, Straus Frank CarQuest, Cantex Healthcare and American Title Company. Conversely, many Cirro customers have stated that they plan to utilize Cirro NetworX’s for telecommunications services and IT expertise.
