Welcome to Cirro Energy! We look forward to serving you. Power Express and Cirro Energy have joined forces to bring you even more resources and great customer service. Your retail electricity service will be transferred from Power Express to U.S. Retailers LLC, dba Cirro Energy, in November 2018. Cirro Energy has the resources to provide you with long-term service and value. We are working with Power Express to carry out a seamless transition of your electricity service.

Here’s what you can expect as a Cirro Energy customer:

  • Friendly and helpful customer service

Once the transfer of your service is complete, you will receive a final bill from Power Express for service through the date of the transfer. After that, all future invoices and correspondence will come from Cirro Energy.

If you’re not enrolled in Autopay, then no. The switch to Cirro Energy will be seamless. There is no action required by you. Power Express will transition your account in November 2018.

If you have automatic payment set up with Power Express and you want to continue with Autopay, you will need to re-enroll (at cirroenergy.com/my) for this payment method with Cirro Energy. The service will not automatically transfer.

No. The transition to Cirro Energy will not cause a service interruption.
Power Express transferred accounts (to Cirro Energy) in November 2018. If you have an email address on file, you will receive notification when service begins with Cirro Energy. If you do not have an email address on file, you will receive your first bill within 45 days after the account transitions.
It will stay the same. Cirro Energy is honoring all current pricing plans from Power Express.
No. Your current plan, including your plan expiration date, will remain intact. However, you will have a new account number with Cirro Energy. Your electricity service will be under the same plan term length and rate that you had with Power Express. The only change will be the name of the plan.

This will NOT transfer automatically. If you are on Autopay with Power Express, you will need to set up Auto Pay separately with Cirro Energy (after your Cirro Energy account has been created*).

Once your Cirro Energy account is established, you may go online to cirroenergy.com/my or call Cirro at 1-800-364-2153 to have Auto Pay added to your new account.

*If you already have an email address on file, you will receive an email from Cirro Energy with your new account number. Once you receive your new account number, you are ready to set up Auto Pay. If you do not have an email address on file, you will receive your new account number with your first bill from Cirro Energy.

Yes. You will need to update your payment information per the remittance instructions on your first invoice with Cirro Energy. However, you will need to use your current payment information to pay the last bill you receive from Power Express.

You will need your new Cirro Energy account number to complete setup. If you already have an email address on file, you will receive an email from Cirro Energy with your new account number. Once you receive your new account number, you are ready to set up Auto Pay.

If you do not have an email address on file, you will receive your new account number with your first bill from Cirro Energy.

Once you receive an email or your first bill, please visit cirroenergy.com/my. Click on the “Register” button and complete the enrollment process.

Please contact Power Express if you want to cancel your account. Please note that your cancellation or early termination fees, if applicable, will apply. If you have further questions, contact our customer service team at 1.800.364.2153.
There is no need to do anything differently. Your last invoice, along with any payments for your remaining balance (for your Power Express account), can be made in the same manner you have used to pay your previous invoices.
Power Express will refund your credit balance to you once your account is transferred to Cirro Energy and your Power Express account has been closed.
Power Express online bill pay accounts will remain open for a period of time to allow you to pay your final bill and access any previous billing history. Please contact Power Express for any additional questions regarding online account access.
Yes. In order to avoid disconnection prior to the transfer from Power Express, you must maintain any previous payment arrangements made with Power Express. Payment must be made to Power Express to restore power should your account get disconnected.
No. The amount on the deferred payment plan will NOT transfer to Cirro Energy. After your account is transferred from Power Express, you will receive your last bill from Power Express, and your entire balance, including the amount that was included in the deferred payment plan, will be due in full at that time. If you have questions about your last bill from Power Express, please contact Power Express.
You may pay your bill by a variety of methods. You may set up automatic bank draft or automatic credit card payments through our online account management tool at www.cirroenergy.com/my. You may also log in and make one-time payments using your bank account information or using your Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit cards. Cirro Energy also accepts payments through our automated phone system or by you speaking directly with one of our customer care representatives. You may also mail your payment to the remittance in your monthly statement. Cirro Energy does not accept American Express.
Yes. Power Express will transfer your preferred billing method (eBill notification and/or paper billing) with your account information to Cirro Energy.
For your convenience, c will transition all deposits, including accrued interest, to Cirro Energy. This means you will NOT have to pay an additional deposit due to the switch. Your deposit will continue to accrue interest and will be returned after 12 consecutive on-time payments.
